THE EARTH IS A LIVING MATERIAL
Tapialblock products are made of earth, so they evolve over time. They are designed to age with dignity thanks to a subtle process of controlled erosion that stabilizes with time. This natural evolution usually produces slight variations of tone and texture.
Our products have a technical sheet and comply with all relevant and necessary standards. In order to guarantee the suitability of the product, consult us beforehand with your project’s needs.
No claims will be accepted for any order after installation.
MINIMUM ORDER POLICY
Pieces are not sold separately; the minimum order is a pallet. In the event of not having stock, production will be ready for delivery in one month, after payment of 50% of the accepted estimate.
PRICES AND ESTIMATE
VAT is not included in the unit prices. The validity of the estimate is one month. In the event of accepting the estimate, it is necessary to send a signed and stamped copy to info@fetdeterra.com. No penalties or deductions will be accepted for any reason.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
The payment must be made by bank transfer after the customer accepts the estimate and before the delivery of the material.
In the event of not having stock, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the accepted estimate is required for its production. The remaining 50% will be settled prior to the delivery of the material by bank transfer.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship worldwide. Contact us for prices and shipping conditions. We have mechanical auxiliary means for the correct handling of Tapialblock products, under rental conditions and subject to a refundable security deposit upon return.
Shipping is not included in the unit prices. It will be assessed in a separate item.
The maximum unloading time is 30 minutes; any delay will be billed at a rate of € 56.25/hour.
On-site stacking will in no case exceed a height of two pallets for SC and LC Tapialblocks, while the MC Tapialblock blocks cannot be stacked.
PROTECTION OF MATERIALS.
The biggest enemy of a product made of earth is water. Although Tapialblock complies with the technical requirements necessary for outdoor use, it is advisable to protect it from severe water aggressions, infiltrations and leaks, as well as moisture from capillarity at the base.
Mechanical aggressions must also be avoided, such as impact and friction with hardness elements greater than the earth.
PALLET MANAGEMENT
Pallets will be billed at a rate of € 15.63/unit and € 12.02/unit will be paid upon their return, for which € 3.61/unit will be charged for services and packaging.
A single pallet pick-up will be carried out at the end of the project, with a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 200 km.
